▸How does a boba bar work at a wedding reception?
We set up a self-serve drink station at your venue before guests arrive. Guests pick a drink from your menu, pour a 16 oz cup and add toppings. The station can run during cocktail hour, next to dessert, or all night.
▸How early should we book for a wedding?
Book as soon as your date is set. Wedding season Saturdays are our most requested dates. We need at least one week for any event. For a wedding, book as early as you can.
▸Can the menu match our wedding theme?
Yes. Tell us your colors and the mood you want, and we will suggest drinks to match. Dragon fruit and other fruit teas fit a bright, colorful wedding. Creamy milk teas and Vietnamese coffee feel warmer and more traditional.
▸What does a wedding drink bar cost?
Prices are on the Build My Menu page. A gallon is 128 oz, which is 8 drinks (16 oz each). Each gallon comes with 1 free topping. Self-serve setup is $75, with a 3 gallon minimum. Send your date, venue, and guest count through the booking form. We will send prices and drink ideas, usually within 24 hours.
